MINI BOOK of TECHNIQUES with Marisa

You’ve read about these techniques, you’ve seen them on layouts online and in magazines, and yes, Tim Holtz and Jennifer McGuire demo these techniques! So aside from wanting to be right there with Tim and Jen while they’re demo’ing, don’t you wish you could try out these techniques and see the results firsthand? Well, here’s your chance! Let’s get those hands dirty! We will be working on various techniques using products from top scrapbook manufacturers to include chipboard, inks, paints, glitter, masks, etc., and yes, we’ll even add a little bit of water! :) We will explore the beautiful effects of putting several products together and see them actually transform right in front of us. We will create a mini album of techniques you can use as reference when deciding what techniques to use on future layouts.


BLOOMS and BUTTERFLIES with Marisa

Let’s gather all those summer memories and store them in this cute 6x6 album. A very simple album sure to please everyone. We will be using a couple of techniques then add your own touch and embellishments to finish up this album. We will be using KI Memories’ Blooms papers, Scenic Route Butterfly chipboards and other products from famous scrapbook manufacturers.


NOT THE USUAL with Yoyin

Inspired by a project we created with Tim Holtz during the recent 2009 Winter CHA, this cute wall hanger is sure to please. Let’s have fun with a little ink, Tim Holtz stamps and findings, glossy papers and yes, more water!


STAR LIGHT, STAR BRIGHT with Jian

Yes, Jian is going to teach this class and can’t wait to show you this cute project! Create this cute ornament using only ONE 12x12 paper, wet glue and a piece of ribbon.
