My Hero…Hero Arts that is…

Rollyn and I fell in love with all the new stamps and products HERO ARTS released during the Winter CHA.

I am taking special orders for Hero Arts stamps and other products found in their 2009 catalog. Sorry for the short-fuse, but for Hawaii and/or US mainland scrappers/stampers, I will need your orders emailed to me with the item description and item numbers by Sunday, February 22 at 6 p.m. Please email me your phone numbers, too, so I can call to confirm your orders. USA Hero Arts SPECIAL: FREE shipping for Hero Arts orders of $75 or more.

For Philippine orders, I’ll take your orders until 12nn (Philippine Time), Monday, February 23. As soon as I receive the orders from Hero Arts, I will mail via USPS to Rollyn and hopefully will arrive mid to late March. PHILIPPINE Hero Arts SPECIAL: NO SHIPPING will be charged from Hawaii to the PI for clear/unmounted stamps. But a 10% shipping fee will be charged from Hawaii to the PI for WOOD MOUNTED STAMPS (bulky and heavy). Fedex/Air21 - shipping cost from Rollyn to you would be approximately P100-120.

If interested, please email your orders to scrapbookshawaii@yahoo.com with the item and item number. Also, please include the price as quoted in twopeasinabucket.com in your email. The Hero Arts doesn’t list the price. Some items are so new that twopeasinabucket.com doesn’t have them listed either. Please email me for these prices and I’ll try my best to get these prices to you.

FIRST KISS layouts, mini album & cards

Hope everyone's Valentine was SWEET! :)

I spent a few hours of my Valentine's Day among friends at Kalihi-Palama Library teaching a class using all the products that came from our FIRST KISS kit. And yes, we had leftovers from the kit after creating all 5 projects: two 12x12 papers, scraps and lots more embellishments to create two more page layouts. The only item we used aside from the FIRST KISS kit in the class was the 6x6 mini album. Below are what we made.

TWO 12x12 LAYOUTS:

MINI ALBUM: 24 page album, sorry couldn't take pictures of all pages...but we have some here:

And here are the CARDS:
And oh, remember our add-on Basic Grey's Bittersweet Collection Card Kit? Here's what the kit looks like...

I made the cards from the above Basic Grey Bittersweet Collection Card Kit. Here they are... :)

FIRST KISS Give-away!!!

I know, I don't blog for days and then all of a sudden, I go on blog-flurry! hehehe :D I finally feel better now after days of being sick in bed a couple of days after arriving from CHA so I'm blasting away as fast as I can while I'm feeling good. :D

Our first GIVE-AWAY...the Making Memories SLICE girls were so cute when I told them that our FIRST KISS had LOVE NOTES in it--almost half of the kit actually. :D They were kind enough to let us have some of the items they had at the CHA to give away to you!!!

So, here's our FIRST KISS GIVE-AWAY! Everyone who purchases the FIRST KISS kit this month including those who will take the class on Feb 14th will be included in the drawing. We will draw 3 lucky winners who'll each win one each the following: SLICE apron (fashionably worn by most of the CHA attendees), the most coveted SLICE tote (these disappear as soon as they put them out), the cute SLICE squeeze foam ball, and the Making Memories lanyard. Here's a video by Making Memories showing the items you can win!

Picture of these items will follow.

Please email me at scrapbookshawaii@yahoo.com to place your orders. Don't miss out on this drawing! Thanks and hope to hear from you soon! :)

Our first kit, FIRST KISS class in Hawaii

I'm back in Hawaii now from CHA and visiting the MOUSE with my good friend and niece, Rollyn (from the Philippines). Rollyn should be at home now resting. We had such a blast picking all new products from CHA to use for our monthly kits until approx. July of this month. After which, we will be working on our new kits from July to January picking products from the Summer CHA.

We used two new lines, Love Notes from Making Memories and Bittersweet from Basic Grey to create our first Scrapbooks Hawaii's February Kit, FIRST KISS.

For folks in Hawaii, I am having a class on Saturday, February 14, 2009 at the Kalihi-Palama library using the FIRST KISS. We will create 5 projects: 2-12x12 layouts, a 24-page 6x6 album, and 2 cards. A black post-bound album will also be included with the kit to complete your class kit. Class will be from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Class fee is $50.00. A portion of the class fee will be donated to the Friends of the Kalihi-Palama library.

Sorry that I could only offer this class on Valentine’s Day, but that’s the only Saturday in February the library is available. Oh, GIFT IDEAS: 6x6 album project and cards are great gift ideas to give your date on Valentine’s Day or any special event. wink-wink :D

To reseve your class spot, please email me at scrapbooks@hawaii.rr.com. I hope to see you there! And oh, we will also be having some giveaways that day...don't miss out!

Making Memories SLICE & Embellishment Center Winner!

Yep, I won a Making Memories SLICE and Embellishment Center at the Making Memories booth during the recent CHA 2009 at Anaheim Convention Center! I didn't realize someone was taping it and was in You Tube until I visited the Making Memories blog. Here's it is...I'm towards the end of this video:

Uh huh, that was a dance I did! :D Wouldn't you if you won? :D

Here's the picture! Yeah, big smiles and all. :D
